Overview: Hobart Ecomax G504 & G504S glasswasher
The Hobart Ecomax G504 and G504S. What are they? How do they work? And what makes them so special? Tim from Eco is here to show you why you need one of these glasswashers!
This is the larger 500 x 500mm basket option and is perfect for a really busy environment.
Two cycle options – 60 & 150 seconds. The 60 second option is perfect for a quick rinse off. The 150 second option is great to get things really cleaned up and sparkling.
The units have a capacity of 25 pint glasses and a chamber height of 360mm. This allows you to fit in large, long stemmed glasses if needed.
The double skinned door helps reduce heat loss, energy consumption and also helps keep the noise levels down.
Hobart have improved the door hinge to maximise durability.
The chamber is a pressed design which makes cleaning down after service extremely quick and easy. The smooth surface means there’s no dirt traps for potential bacteria build up, ensuring hygiene as well as an easy clean down at the end of the day.
There’s also the option for an integral water softener, giving you reliable water softening performance and reducing limescale build up. This means you’re looking after your machine and preventing it from damage in the long term.
The Ecomax G504 and G504S both come complete with a simple and easy to use control panel. The glasswasher is fully automated which is great to reduce staff time operating the machine. It also reduces the potential for operator error. Digital temperature displays show in the centre of the machine visually showing wash and rinse temperatures. This allows you to easily monitor the water temperature.
The glasswasher comes complete with a break tank, detergent and rinse aid pumps as standard along with a drain pump. This means there are no hidden optional extras or unpleasant surprises when it comes to installation.
The thermostop control system ensures precise washing temperatures during the wash cycle. This means great wash results and gives you complete confidence in the machine.
Hobart Ecomax G504 & G504S units are very energy efficient. The wash tank holds 25 litres of water and consumption is only 2.3 litres per cycle. It uses less water, less electricity and less detergent, reducing your carbon footprint and running costs.
As with all Hobart units, the G504 and G504S comes with 12 months on site parts and labour warranty, with some great warranty upgrade options!
