As any foodservice operator will tell you time without essential equipment costs businesses money. Manufacturers have listened to feedback from customers and have started to keep core ranges in stock so that supply leadtimes can be reduced from weeks to days.

In addition to this many manufacturers are also offering next working day delivery at an additional cost on core stock items as long as orders are placed before shipping cut offs. Whilst this practice has been in place on smaller items for many years it is only recently that manufacturers have seen the demand to extend this service to larger items such as dishwashers, ovens and mixers.
