Government Super-deduction
We are always looking for ways to help our customers. It’s not just about providing you with high quality commercial kitchen equipment but also making you aware of schemes in place that can save you money.
During the Government’s 2021 Budget they announced the launch of their Super-deduction scheme. This scheme will allow you to cut your tax bill by up to 25p for every £1 you invest.
The scheme runs from the 1st of April 2021 until the 31st March 2023. It means if you are investing in qualifying new plant and machinery assets you will be able to claim:
- A 130% super-deduction capital allowance on qualifying plant and machinery investments
- A 50% first-year allowance for qualifying special rate assets
