How to clean your Hobart Ecomax Plus H603 & H603S Hood Dishwasher

Hobart Hood Dishwashers are designed to give great results and handle a high throughput. They are also designed with the operator in mind. Making the dishwasher easy to work with and clean is imperative.

In this video Stuart from Hobart gives us a run through on how simple it is to clean your Hobart Ecomax Plus H603 and H603S Hood Dishwasher.

“When your service is complete, simply remove the rack runner and give it a wipe down.

The next thing to do is inspect the wash arms for any dirt that may be on them. If it is necessary, remove them by loosening the bolt on top. Once they have been removed, wipe and rinse to remove any debris. Then simply replace the wash and rinse arms and secure them into place.

Next, clean the filter/strainer. This is easy to lift out and to wash and rinse in the sink. Once cleaned replace the filter/strainer.

Once all other components have been cleaned, give the wash chamber a wipe down with a warm, damp cloth and your Hobart Ecomax Plus H603 or H603S dishwasher is ready for the next service.”
