Our ice makers are made by reputable manufacturers including Direct Catering (DC), Foster and Hoshizaki. The storage bin capacities of these products has a large scope, between 6.5kg and 348kg. This means that regardless of your business’ size, you will be able to find something suitable. The rate of which these machines can produce ice also varies. Production capacities range between 20kg and 290kg of ice per 24 hours. Products that produce more ice are conducive to busy cocktail bars that need a more consistent and reliable source of ice. Conversely, ice machines for restaurants may not need such a high production capacity.
We stock commercial ice crushers from Santos, a leading manufacturer of catering equipment. Ice crushers are great for cocktail bars at it saves a lot of time and energy for your staff who would otherwise have to manually crush ice cubes. It can store up to 1.2kg of crushed ice at a time but is capable of producing as much as 180kg per hour. It has easy to remove parts that are machine washable, meaning it can be put in your dishwasher with other equipment during the end of day clean-down. Santos are confident in their technology and as a result offer a five year warranty on their machines’ motors.
