These reliable units also double up as an ice machine so you have easy access to chilled water and ice, all in one unit. This makes them a very efficient and cost-effective option. They also significantly reduce the amount of space required when compared to bottled water coolers or mains-fed water coolers.
Filtered drinking water is much more appetising than tap water and adding ice on a hot day is a must. This makes them ideal for self-serve areas as your guests can enjoy cold water while you focus on other tasks.

The water dispensers we stock are endlessly refillable from the tap and can provide fresh, cool water and ice. They are the perfect solution for self-service areas in cafes, buffets, bars and restaurants, but work great in offices too.
We have two water coolers available from Hoshizaki, an industry leader in all things cooler-related. One model (the DCM-60KE) can make 60kg of ice in 24 hours. The other model (the DCM-120KE) can make 120kg of ice in 24 hours.
If you plan to put your new water cooler in a busy reception area, restaurant or buffet, consider the larger of the two. Your guests or customers can enjoy cool, great-tasting filtered water whenever they like without it running low. If you're buying the cooler for a smaller hotel, an office or a B n B, for example, the smaller model may be better suited. Either way, your guests can enjoy high quality water without you needing to install water fountains, rent an unsightly bottled water cooler or worry about plastic waste.
Some commercial water dispensers do provide hot water as well as cold, however, these are typically plumbed into the water supply which means installation costs and maintenance fees are far higher. You can rent water coolers that provide hot water as well, but these typically cost a lot more over time than the models we provide. Plus, many of these models are much bigger than the countertop models above.
If you need hot and cold water dispensers for your business, we'd recommend investing in a commercial water boiler and a water cooler. This means your guests can enjoy boiling water and ice-cold water easily and efficiently, but you still enjoy the mobility and practicality of each machine.
