The stainless steel Dualit soup kettle we have above is capable of holding 6 litres of liquid. It is compact and stylish making it perfect for front-of-house display. It won't take up too much space and even comes with 'soup of the day' cards to add to the display.
Soup kettles are very efficient. As they simply keep the contents warm, they don't need to use a lot of power to do so. So, you can keep yours on all day, your customers can enjoy warm soup, and you can save on your energy bills.
You can heat soup from cold in a soup kettle, but this isn't the most efficient way of cooking soup. It is always best to heat your soup on the hob or in the microwave prior to putting it into a soup kettle.
A customer won't burn their tongue on soup from a kettle, but it will keep it at serving temperature. They are designed to provide a low heat to a high capacity of fluid, so they are great for keeping soup warm and 'drink ready' but won't boil it and ruin the flavours.
