The Convotherm Maxx Pro easyDial 10.10 GS is a 10 grid (GN 1/1) gas injection/spritzer combination oven. It generates steam by injecting water into the cooking chamber which provides consistent cooking results. It is an incredibly versatile oven with plenty of space for multiple of dishes, meaning you can bake, roast, stew and more all at the same time. The easyDial display provides users with all the functions of the oven on one operating level. This makes it quicker and easier for busy chefs to select the programme they want during a busy service. A TriClolour indicator ring clearly indicates the current operation status of the oven so chefs have a clear idea of what is happening. The ConvoClean+ automatic cleaning system means cleaning couldn't be easier at the end of each service.
