The Foster FHC 291 XM mobile heated cabinet has a capacity of 291 litres. It is ideal for transporting heated products to the point of service whilst also keeping food hot. It is capable of maintaining a temperature of upto +70°C.

Has a standard finish of high-intensity 304 Stainless Steel for both the exterior and interior which allows for a heavy duty, robust cabinet
Being unplugged, the cabinet can maintain +70°C for upto 1 hour without power (depends on food type) using fan assisted heating and insulation to maintain a uniform temperature
Digital display temperature controller with alarm, start/stop switch and dial thermometer displayed when cabinet is switched off
Efficient and easy to move with optional handle (920mm depth) for even easier mobility
