The Foster FHC 540 XM is a mobile heated cabinet with a capacity of 540 litres. It is the ideal solution for transporting products whilst keeping them warm until they are at the point of service. The FHC 540 can maintain a temperature of +70°C.

Holds a capacity of 540 litres and 20 trayslides within, not supplied
Designed to hold 2/1 and 1/1 GN pans on two single piece stainless steel wire racks
Has a standard finish of high-intensity 304 Stainless Steel for both the exterior and interior which allows for a heavy duty, robust cabinet
Being unplugged, the cabinet can maintain +70°C for upto 1 hour without power (depends on food type) using fan assisted heating and insulation to maintain a uniform temperature
Digital display temperature controller with alarm, start/stop switch and dial thermometer displayed when cabinet is switched off
Efficient and easy to move with optional handle (920mm depth) for even easier mobility
