The Genius X2 system also helps reduce costs by removing 20-40% more debris from your wash water it can reduce detergent usage by up to 40%.
In a busy kitchen environment, ease of use is important, and Hobart has added a whole host of features to the AMX with this in mind. The hood-mounted control system makes using the machine simple. If you need detailed information on your machine, the integrated WiFi module can connect with the Hobart WASHSMART app, giving you a detailed overview of the machine’s status. Cleaning is also made easier with the Clip-in wash arms, which can be easily removed and replaced with just one hand.
