Thermal Disinfection Cycle:

The 12 minute cycle ensures thorough cleaning and disinfection of every item, achieving a minimum of 100°C on the contact surface.

• Intensive wash cycle with steam injection – maintained 65°C wash
• Rinsing wash cycle reaching 85°C hot fresh water
• Steam cycle - pulsed steaming until chamber reaches 100°C
• Cold rinse cycle - to cool down plate temp for safe handling
• Steam condenses inside chamber
