The Hobart Ecomax Combi HECMFE6HUWICP 6 grid combi oven has been designed to offer ultimate flexibility by allowing you to choose the options that suit you and your menu. If your menu changes, the HECMFE6 can change too thanks to the enhanced upgrade options that can be fitted after installation. It is a 6 grid electric combination oven designed to hold 1/1 GN trays and pans. The full touch display offers multiple functionalities with full programming to make everyday work easier and simpler. To ensure uniform cooking results, the Hobart HECMFE6 provides uniform heat distribution with a reversing fan, 6 fan speeds and 70mm space runners to guarantee even heat circulation throughout the oven chamber. The HECMFE6 has a Smart Wash cleaning programme that ensures great wash results based on working hours and the cooking mode.
