The Hobart HEFRE74A2V is a small, electric freestanding fryer designed to be easy to use and maintain. The HEFRE74A2V has a large, front drainer which makes drain downs quicker and easier. This high performance electric fryer has 2 x 7 litre litre oil tanks and is suited small to medium size establishments. With a moulded and continuously welded tank it is incredibly reliable but also very easy to clean. For user safety the HEFRE74A2V has a shut-off system in case the oil starts to overheat.
