The Hobart Bonnet Equajet BEJE202/1-11 Combination Oven has been designed to meet the demands of busy kitchens, able to produce up to 840 meals a day. With 40-grid capacity, this oven delivers precision cooking through advanced humidity control and its Core Control technology, which can reduce your energy consumption by up to a third. Direct steam injection can further save you up to 50% on water usage, making the Equajet incredibly efficient.

With rapid cooling, even with the door closed, and being able to reach temperatures quickly too, the Equajet is a top-quality combination oven, perfect for larger establishments.
