Hoshizaki FM-300AKE-HC

The Hoshizaki FM-300AKE-HC produces flakes of ice. One of the key features of this unit is the extremely sturdy auger. The auger is the hardest working element of any flake ice maker. Hoshizaki manufacture theirs from stainless steel with carbon bearings for ultimate longevity. The FM-300AKE-HC uses a hydrocarbon gas which is more efficient and better for the environment. There are 3 bin options with a range of capacities from 140kg, 217kg to 348kg. This gives sites the option to pick a bin based on their sites demands and they can be changed if these demands change.
