Catalyst technology within the oven means that the CiBO is certified to work without a vent and only requires a 13amp power supply making it perfect for a variety of cafés, bars, restaurants take-aways and event and mobile caterers.

The CiBO is all about speed and uses a patent-pending system that combines convection, grill and a heated base to deliver fast, consistent results. Combined with a smart menu system and easy-to-use touchscreen the CiBO can be operated by any kitchen staff, regardless of experience and retain consistent results throughout. Supplied with six pre-set programmes the CiBO can also be individually tailored to your own menu.

Available in four bold colours the Lincat CiBO can be supplied in black metallic, teal, champagne and merlot as well as the standard stainless steel, perfect for back bar counters and front of house.
