The Lincat OE8018 combines raw power and energy efficiency. The Opus OE8018 2 Zone Induction Hob delivers 90% efficiency compared to 55% with a solid electric hot plate and 50% with a gas hob. The hob is suitable for any busy commercial kitchen, large pubs and restaurants. The hob features an automatic pan detection system which cuts out the power when no pan is present. This helps to save energy and prevent harm to users at the same time. The Lincat OE8018 is built to last and comes with multiple internal cooling fans for protection against overheating
