For sites where a commercial undercounter dishwasher isn't enough, pass-through dishwashers are a fantastic solution. The Maidaid EVO2121 is a commercial hood dishwasher that forms part of their Evolution series. It is designed to hold industry-standard 500mm x 500mm baskets. The Evolution hood dishwashers from Maidaid are designed with the end-user in mind as well as maximising efficiency, lowering running costs and producing the best wash results. The EVO2121 is incredibly flexible. As standard, it has three wash cycles; 70, 90 and 120 seconds. This is already excellent as it allows the Maidaid EVO2121 to handle all levels of soiling. However, if you have any specific requirements these times can be changed to suit. The Maidaid EVO2121 pass-through dishwasher was designed with the end-user in mind and as a result, is incredibly user-friendly. The easy to read Polychromatic LED display and four-button control panel make operating the Evolution 2121 simple. The control panel provides users with quick machine status updates, access to self-diagnostics, alarm menus and more. To ensure it achieves the best wash results, the Maidaid EVO2121 is designed with parallel wash and rinse arms. This provides even coverage to all dishes no matter where they are in the basket. The Maidaid Evolution 2121 also has a patented dual flow wash pump with a soft start function to help reduce power consumption whilst retaining wash efficiency. The EVO2121 is built with a completely double skinned body and hood which reduces heat loss, enabling the dishwasher to run more efficiently.
