The Maidaid EVO402 is an excellent commercial glasswasher from the Evolution series. It is designed to accommodate industry-standard 400mm x 400mm baskets and is supplied with two of them as well as a cutlery basket. The standard wash cycles are 90, 120 and 150 seconds but these can be adjusted to suit any individual requirements your site has. The Evolution series from Maidaid focuses on user-friendliness, efficiency and optimal wash results. With an easy to read Polychromatic LCD display and intuitive four-button control panel, operating the Maidaid EVO402 is simple and straightforward. The LCD display shows quick machine status updates whilst the control panel provides easy access to a special programmes button, operational self-diagnostics and an alarms menu. The Maidaid Evolution 402 has an array of features to reduce energy, water and chemical consumption. For example, the entire cabinet is double skinned which reduces heat loss and minimises water heat up time. Maidaid supplies the EVO402 with accurate detergent and rinse aid dosing pumps which ensure the correct amount of chemicals are delivered for each cycle. This helps to reduce chemical usage and prevent waste. The EVO402 also has a wash tank capacity of just 8 litres and uses just 1.1 litres of fresh wash water per wash cycle. To achieve the best wash results consistently, the Maidaid Evolution 402 is fitted with parallel wash and rinse arms. This provides an even wash coverage to all glassware no matter where they are in the basket. In addition to that, the Maidaid EVO402 comes with a patented dual flow wash pump that features a soft start function. This soft start feature helps to reduce power consumption whilst still retaining wash efficiency.
