The Maidaid EVO502 is an excellent commercial glasswasher from the Evolution series designed to accommodate industry-standard 500mm x 500mm baskets. Maidaid supplies two open/glass racks as well as a cutlery basket with each EV0502 glasswasher. The standard wash cycles are 90, 120 and 150 seconds but these can be adjusted to suit any individual requirements your site has. The Maidaid Evolution range focuses on user-friendliness, maximum efficiency and delivering the wash results. An easy to read Polychromatic LCD display and intuitive four-button control panel makes it simple and straightforward to operate the Maidaid EVO502. The LCD display offers quick machine status updates whilst the control panel provides easy access to a special programmes button, operational self-diagnostics and an alarms menu. The Maidaid Evolution 502 is built with a number of energy, water and chemical saving features. For example, the 15 litre wash tank capacity and 1.8 litre water usage per cycle help to keep water consumption to a minimum. The EVO502 also has a fully double skinned cabinet which minimises heat loss. In addition, the Maidaid EVO502 is supplied with accurate chemical dosing pumps. These ensure that the correct amount of detergent and rinse aid are delivered for each cycle, helping to reduce chemical usage and prevent waste. It is important that your site has a glasswasher that can produce the best wash results consistently, to all glassware in the cabinet. To ensure the Maidaid Evolution 502 can do this it is fitted with parallel wash and rinse arms. They provide an even wash coverage no matter where the glassware is in the basket. On top of that, the Maidaid EVO502 is built with Maidaids patented dual flow wash pump and a soft start function. This helps reduce power consumption whilst still retaining wash efficiency.
