The Maidaid EVO512 is a commercial undercounter dishwasher that forms part of the Maidaid Evolution range and is designed to hold 500mm x 500mm baskets. The Maidaid Evolution undercounter dishwashers are designed to maximise efficiency, reduce running costs and deliver excellent wash results. As standard, the EVO512 has three wash cycles of 90, 120 and 150 seconds allowing the 512 to cope with all levels of soiling. However, these times are adjustable and can be changed to suit any specific requirements your site has. The Maidaid EVO512 dishwasher is incredibly user-friendly with an easy to read Polychromatic LED display and four-button control panel. This controller and display combination provides users with simple machine status updates and access to self-diagnostics, alarm menus and more. For the best wash results, the EVO512 dishwasher is built with parallel wash and rinse arms, meaning that all dishes get an even coverage, no matter where they are in the basket. On top of that, the Maidaid Evolution 512 has a patented dual flow wash pump with a soft start function to help reduce power consumption whilst retaining wash efficiency. The EVO512 also has a fully double skinned cabinet which reduces heat loss, enabling the dishwasher to run more efficiently.
