The Maidaid EVO525WS commercial glasswasher is the perfect solution for sites in hard water areas because it has an in-built water softener. Being in-built, the softener takes up no external floor space which is great for space conscious sites. It is part of the Maidaid Evolution series and is designed to hold 500mm x 500mm baskets. As standard, Maidaid provides two open/glass racks as well as a cutlery basket with each EVO525WS glasswasher. It has three standard wash cycles; 90, 120 and 150 seconds. Maidaid understand that not every site is the same and have designed the EVO525WS in a way that means these cycles can be adjusted to suit any individual requirements your site has. The Maidaid Evolution range focuses on user-friendliness, maximum efficiency and delivering the wash results. The Maidaid EVO525WS is very user-friendly and simple to operate. It has an easy to read Polychromatic LCD display and intuitive four-button control panel. The LCD display shows users a quick status update for the machine whilst the control panel provides them with easy access to a special programmes button, operational self-diagnostics and an alarms menu. The Maidaid Evolution 525WS is built with a number features to help sites reduce energy, water and chemical usage. For example, the 15 litre wash tank capacity and 1.8 litre water usage per cycle help to keep water consumption to a minimum. The EVO525WS also has a completely double skinned cabinet which minimises heat loss. In addition, the Maidaid EVO502 is supplied with accurate chemical dosing pumps. These ensure that the correct amount of detergent and rinse aid are delivered for each cycle, helping to reduce chemical usage whilst still delivering clean glassware. To provide the best wash results and ensure an even wash coverage the Maidaid Evolution 525WS is fitted with parallel wash and rinse arms. They provide an even wash coverage no matter where the glassware is in the basket. On top of that, the Maidaid EVO525WS is built with Maidaids patented dual flow wash pump and a soft start function. This helps reduce power consumption whilst still retaining wash efficiency.
