The MerryChef conneX 12e is the entry-level model of the conneX series, designed to deliver the same great high-speed oven experience at a much more affordable cost. Compact, stylish, and with no installation costs thanks to its easy-to-use 'plug and play' design. It operates off a low-amp plug and is energy efficient, using less than 0.7kW/h on standby. Able to cook, grill, toast, and reheat, all from a single appliance, the conneX 12e is extremely versatile and is even suitable for front-of-house operation thanks to its ventless cooking capabilities via a catalytic converter, helping it operate quietly as it has no need for an extraction fan.

Easy to use thanks to its intuitive easyTouch control system, with a 7" HD colour touchscreen with an icon driven interface that can store multi-stage cooking profiles and can also perform self-diagnostics to help you monitor components and ensure everything is running smoothly. Using a combination of convection, microwave, and tuned impingement, the conneX 12e stands out as a versatile and user-friendly high-speed oven.
