Metcalfe MP60

The Metcalfe MP60 extra heavy duty mixer is designed to cope in tough environments and with a high throughput. It has a 60 litre capacity and utilises a planetary mixing motion to ensure the best results every time. It has 4 fixed speeds of 84, 148, 248 and 436 rpm and a 2250 watt, high torque motor allowing the Metcalfe MP60 to handle stiffer mixtures or larger batches. The MP60 is built with a stainless steel safety guard and an automatic shut-off system when the guard is opened, making it safe to operate. The ingredient chute allows ingredients to be added quickly and safely at any time during the mixing process. The 60 litre bowl capacity makes the MP60 ideal for large, busy bakeries, patisseries, restaurants and production kitchens.
