Metcalfe MP9

The Metcalfe MP9 is a 9 litre, heavy duty planetary mixer. It has 10 variable speeds between 181 and 561 rpm and a 650 watt, high torque motor meaning it can handle stiffer mixtures as well as larger batches. The MP9 is built to be incredibly safe to use with a perspex safety guard and an automatic shut-off system when the guard is opened. For easy operation, Metcalfe has built the MP9 mixer with an ingredient chute which allows ingredients to be added quickly and easily at any time. The Metcalfe MP9 also has an easy to read, digital timer. The digital timer makes it easy to keep track of how long a batch has been mixing. The 9 litre bowl capacity is ideal for small to medium bakeries, restaurants and canteens where demand isn't high.
