This Hobart B00-11 Open Rack is strong and robust and has higher sides than a standard open rack, making it ideal for accommodating a variety of glassware shapes and sizes. It can also hold cutlery baskets for occasionally washing cutlery for added versatility. It fits the full Hobart Ecomax, Ecomax Plus, Profi and Premax Glasswashers made to accomodate the 500 x 500 mm basket size.
