The Polar U-Series U632 single door fridge is a great solution for hot, busy professional kitchens. It is designed to perform even when ambient temperatures reach as high as 43°C. The U632 focuses on energy efficiency and has a number of features to aid this. The cabinet also has 70mm high-quality insulation to further increase efficiency and reduces running costs. The Polar U632 also has an automatic electronic defrost function which ensures all the components are kept frost-free and working effectively. For better efficiency and user-friendliness, the Polar U632 is fitted with a self-closing door from 90°, a useful feature especially if you're hands are full.
