The Turbochef Sota High Speed Electric Oven is Turbochefs smallest unit but still packs the same punch, offering the same versatility and speed as it’s bigger brothers.

The independently controlled dual-motors for vertically recirculated air impingement and microwave technology offer absolute precision whilst reducing cook times by an impressive 80%.

This creates a versatile rapid oven capable of cooking a multitude of foods from croissants, toasted breakfast sandwiches to small pizzas.

The Sota i1 has a fully customisable smart menu, implemented with its touchscreen display, that can be adapted to suit your individual needs and can store up to 256 unique recipes.

This is all achieved with an oven that has a width of just 406mm. Having so much versatility within such a slim oven allows you to maximise your counter space whilst maintaining your kitchens effectiveness.
