The Williams Crystal PC1T-SA is a single door prover, designed for the bakery refrigeration sector. It has the capacity to hold up to twenty 18” x 30” inch bakery trays. The PC1T-SA is designed with a range of energy saving features to ensure efficient operation in the busiest environments, with the ability to function in temperatures of up to 43°C ambient. The door is self-closing, helping reduce temperature loss. It also has a magnetic balloon gasket for ease of cleaning and replacement. For improved stability, as standard it is fitted with heavy-duty, non-marking swivel castors.
